On the last Saturday in the morning, my family and I decided to join the blogger gathering at EnerZ Indoor Extreme Park Subang Jaya - it is an extreme place for those who loves the jump on the trampolines, challenging workout and activities. We were so excited because the organizer had prepared a lot of activities for us to play with mental and physical with different kind of tasks.
In the bloggers gathering there were 7 tasks need to submit in instagram by individual account and tagging #EnerZ #EnerzGSTChallenge #EnerzHereICome #EnerzWhoDaresMe #FamilyBloggerDay #BlogRetis #EnerzIndoorExtremePark #task1 #task2 #task3 #task4 #task5 #task6 #task7
EnerZ Extreme Park, is a Sports indoor complex activities that offers a variety of extreme sports and available for any range of ages excluding the kids under 90cm. This is to ensure the child's physical is compatible with the activities they will join in Enerz.
For the first task #Task1, we had been introduced the place for kids to learn something new and discover new extreme challenge games provided for them by EnerZ. This games are suitable for kids 3 years and above. This program is known as Edutainment.
The objectives of the Edutainment Games are provided to 4 type of modules
1. Energizer (20 minutes)
Circle Time : The kids will be arrange in a group, where they have to know their team mate. They have to pick their leader and together choose a suitable team name to show their group image identity.
Leaders in the making, to motivate the kids be brave to show their selves. The coach interacts with the kids and teach them the positive responds. One of the way to courage the kids confident and trust their own skills.
2. Team Building Games (35 minutes)
Other than the Leading skill, in edutainment module in Enerz - the played games can create the team indomitable spirit burning too. Not only the games are fun but each team mate were giving support and cheer speeches to their group friends.
3. Group Obstacle Course (35 minutes)
The kids had been giving an exposure to be brave in any challenge. Always learning to overpass the difficulties and trying hard. This games could lead the kids not to let them down to success.
4. Gut Builder (1 hour)

#Task 1 : Family Picture at EnerZ
With an area of 80,000 square feet, EnerZ Extreme Park not only provide a variety of games for adults but they have reserved a place for kids. The games for kids not only test the courage of them but to overcome with more obstacles and able to stimulate the optimistic skills to do things with their physical ability. EnerZ Extreme Park, is a Sports indoor complex activities that offers a variety of extreme sports and available for any range of ages excluding the kids under 90cm. This is to ensure the child's physical is compatible with the activities they will join in Enerz.
EnerZ has introduced the concept of "Energetic Lifestyle"
to encourage people to stay active and healthy.

The most awaited game by the kids. There were so many challenges provided for those kids to pass over with their own bravery. An individual challenge to test the kids how can they step in distance and height by their selves ( still with the coach supervision ) Every level of the builder has many interesting resistances and different tasks. The most important thing for the kids - they have to muster up the courage with their self-trust to succeed the challenges.

Because I am in early stage of pregnancy, I just done several simple tasks, no jump hard and climbing the walls, but I enjoyed the moment with my family and seeing the happy with the trampolines made my heart melted. hihi. See you again EnerZ after my 9 months. I wanna jump like crazy too on the trampolines ! So jealous seeing everybody so happy on those big buaian ! Till we meet again.
