sorry for the late update about The launched event for Malaysian Chef Norman Musa Culinary Class.
The event was started at 3pm on 30 August 2014. We came kinda late because I attended so many events in the same day but still make it through to Chef Norman's event.

Chef Norman Musa said : "Thank you to everyone who came to the launch today! Alhamdulillah it was a very successful event. Thanks to the team who worked so hard behind the scene to make it happened. I seriously never thought that many would turn up as everyone kept saying that the studio is so far. InsyaAllah I will organise a lot of events in this studio in future with the CELEBRITY CHEFS team that I will be working with. Soon to be revealed!" :)

Check out this amazing food experience offered at the Launching event by Chef Norman's Musa culinary studio, a studio that specializes in experimental design and culinary products.
Called Things of Edible Malaysian Traditional Food Beauty involves taking adding a culinary kick to existing products. For example the studio have created a range of traditional food from Malaysian.

Although the Studio launched the concept at the festival they say this is a platform that will continue to produce products and hold events such as cookery classes.

My recipe for Mi Soy Noodle
Ingredients
1 pack Mi Soy Noodle
¼ cup Olive oil
1/2 cup roughly chopped  Olives
1/2 cup roughly chopped Red Chili Pepper
1/2 cup roughly chopped Minced meat
1/2 cup roughly chopped Tomatoes
1/2 cup roughly chopped Onion and garlic
Salt, as needed


Directions

• Bring a large pot of salted water to boil the Mi Soy Noodle.
• Boil the minced meat until well cook.
•  Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 
• Add the garlic and red pepper and cook, stirring, until slightly toasted, 1 to 2 minutes. 
• Add the olives and fry 2 more minutes. 
• Mix all the ingredients except for Mi Soy Noodle  and salt to taste and cook until the sauce thickens, 1 to 2 minutes. 
• Add the boiled minced meat and season with salt.
• Drain the Mi Soy noodle, reserving 1/2 cup cooking water, and return it to the pot. Add the sauce and the reserved cooking water and toss. Season with pepper and garnish.

Hello gorgeous ladies ! Today I was scrolling my newsfeed in facebook and I found a very touched message from #CosmopolitanMalaysia. Not all ads only focus on their products - but there are also ads support an awareness campaign with full of creativity.

I do not have cancer but who knows whats going on the future, I'm hoping that I am not one of the cancer's patient. We are the healthy-person must must must help these persons. We should encourage them to stay happy and do always think positive no matter what.

Well, that's easy for me to advice because I am not one of the cancer's patient.. but I am really hoping that they can share their stories to us so we don't forget every person has their own own ailment..
